Cape Marketing Agency will use this information to design and implement digital marketing campaigns. The service is managed on a monthly basis, with regular updates and optimizations to ensure maximum ROI.

 

Payment Terms and Conditions

Service 1: The Logo and Branding Design services costs from R10,000. Cape Marketing Agency requires a minimum 50% deposit before beginning work on the project. The remaining 50% is payable according to the agreed-upon terms with the client, based on project goals or progress.

Service 2: The Website Design and Development costs from R10,000. Cape Marketing Agency requires a minimum 50% deposit before beginning work on the project. The remaining 50% is payable according to the agreed-upon terms with the client, based on project goals or progress.

Service 3: The E-Commerce Design and Development costs from R20,000. Cape Marketing Agency requires a minimum 50% deposit before beginning work on the project. The remaining 50% is payable according to the agreed-upon terms with the client, based on project goals or progress.

Service 4: The Monthly Marketing costs from R4,000. Cape Marketing Agency requires a minimum 50% deposit before beginning work on the project. The remaining 50% is payable according to the agreed-upon terms with the client, based on project goals or progress.

Service 5: The SEO Management costs from R4,000. Cape Marketing Agency requires a minimum 50% deposit before beginning work on the project. The remaining 50% is payable according to the agreed-upon terms with the client, based on project goals or progress.

Service 6: The Digital Marketing costs from R4,000. Cape Marketing Agency requires a minimum 50% deposit before beginning work on the project. The remaining 50% is payable according to the agreed-upon terms with the client, based on project goals or progress.

 

Non Guarantees

Cape Marketing Agency provides a range of digital marketing services designed to enhance your business’s online presence and effectiveness. We collaborate with clients to develop the most effective marketing strategies, based on thorough market research, the client’s competitive advantage, and unique selling propositions. We then implement these strategies, taking into account the relevant variables.

However, Cape Marketing Agency does not guarantee the following:

– Increased revenue.

– Increased online leads.

– Increased foot traffic to your physical location.

– Higher search engine rankings.

– Increased social media followers or engagement.

– Specific results from paid advertising campaigns.

– Immediate or rapid results from SEO or content marketing efforts.

– Marketing outcomes can be influenced by many external factors, and while we strive for the best possible results, these cannot be assured.

 

Premature Cancellation and Failure to Complete the Digital Marketing Service

All payments, including the 50% deposit, one-time payments, or monthly payments for digital marketing services, are non-refundable.

If a client chooses to cancel their service prematurely, no refunds will be issued. This policy also applies if the client no longer requires the service for any reason.

Cape Marketing Agency is not responsible for the following, and no refunds will be provided under these circumstances:

– Inability to connect to Wi-Fi or the internet, preventing the completion of required tasks (e.g., questionnaires).

– Failure to complete necessary questionnaires or provide required information.

– Failure to respond to phone calls or emails that outline the steps needed to successfully complete the service.

 

General T’s & C’s

This agreement wholly supersedes and replaces any previous agreement(s) concerning the provision of services by the Cape Marketing Agency, which may have come into existence between the parties prior to the signing of this agreement, and irrespective of whether such previous agreement(s) came into existence through conduct, orally or in writing.

No variation, suspension, deletion, amendment or modification of this agreement shall be of any force or effect, unless recorded in writing and signed by the parties, and shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose and to the extent set out.

This agreement shall not be ceded or assigned nor the rights in terms hereof pledged or made over to any other party.

No indulgence or extension granted on the part of either party in exercising any right conferred upon such party in terms of this agreement shall constitute a waiver of any such right or novation of any term hereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude any other future exercise thereof, or the exercise of any right under this agreement.

 

Client Agreement

The client agrees to the terms and conditions set out in the T’s & C’s section, which will be applicable to the purchase of any marketing service. By ordering and paying for any marketing service, the client confirms that they have read and understand the terms and conditions and are bound thereto.

 

Privacy policy (POPI)

We respect your privacy and will protect it in accordance with POPI.

Should you decide to make use of our services, we may require you to provide us with personal information which includes but is not limited to:

– Your full name and surname.

– Company details.

– Your email address.

– Your mobile number.

You may not impersonate or misrepresent any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with anyone or anything.

Subject to the below and your consent, the purpose of gathering/processing and storing your personal information is as follows:

– Complete the requisite registration forms in relation to the services on offer.

– To maintain a database of all client provided information to allow for access during service delivery and to meet our legal obligations with regards to information retention.

– In relation to the ordering, the sale and delivery of services and/or goods.

– To contact you regarding current or new service and/or Goods or any other service and/or Goods offered by us.

Disclose your personal information to any third party other than as set out below:

– To our employees and/or third-party service providers who assist us to interact with you via our Website(s) and/or User System, email or any other method, for the ordering of service and/or Goods or when delivering service and/or Goods to you, and thus need to know your personal information in order to assist us to communicate with you properly and efficiently; To our divisions, affiliates and/or partners (including their employees and/or third-party service providers) in order for them to interact directly with you via email or any other method for purposes of sending you marketing material regarding any current or new service and/or Goods, new features, special offers or promotional items offered by them (if you have Opted In to receive such communication);

– To any Third-Party Seller for purposes of sending you an invoice for any service and/or Goods purchased from such Third-Party Seller.

Cape Marketing Agency promise to never sell or make your personal information available to any third party other than as provided for in this policy.

Cape Marketing Agency ensures that all of our employees, divisions, and partners having access to your personal information are bound by appropriate and legally binding confidentiality obligations in relation to your personal information.
